COVID-19 CLINIC PROTOCOLS

1. Clinicians are working normal hours now.

2. If you are currently experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath please call your local GP or the COVID-19 hotline of 1800 675 398

3. All contacted surfaces are regularly sanitised between each patient.

4. Patients are asked to santise hands on arrival.

5. There is reduced seating in the waiting room to ensure social distancing. All unnecessary articles have been removed from the waiting room.

6. Practitioners are adhering to Department of Health Guidelines for COVID-19 when interacting with patients. These standards may change overtime.

7. Appointments can be arranged for TELEHEALTH. Please contact the clinic if you would like to discuss this option.

8. For the protection of staff and patients, masks are recommended in the clinic.
