Ros is confident treating a wide range of presentations:

  • Headaches, neck and lower back pain

  • Sports remedial massage, pre/post events

  • Complex degenerative conditions

  • Body response to stress and anxiety

  • Pregnancy massage, pre and post-natal (can incorporate acupressure)

  • Cupping

She has a special interest in women’s health and the hormonal changes that can disrupt musculoskeletal health:

  • Peri-menopause and menopause

  • Pre-menstrual syndrome

  • Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

  • Endometriosis

Since 2021, Ros has been studying an integrative bodywork approach drawing from multiple eastern philosophies combined with concepts including life coaching and applied kinesiology.   The practice recognises the shared foundations of many healing practices.  This work has evolved and matured her practice to a more intuitive style, with a focus on acknowledging the impact of the human experience in a complex world.  The maturity of Ros’ approach leaves clients feeling more centred and ‘feeling human’ again.

Ros came to massage therapy while working as a pattern maker in the fashion industry (25 years).  Her now grown son was an elite athlete during adolescence and she intuitively supported his recovery with bodywork.

In her youth she danced ballet for 15 years and these days she walks the fitness talk, enjoying the gym, yoga, a bit of cycling, and dog walking twice a day.  She can offer advice on stretches or exercise and is always focused on helping people find ways to calm their nervous systems in today’s busy world.

Ros offers late appointments Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
