Sarah focuses her treatment on alleviating pain by using manual therapy and lifestyle advice. She provides patient education that is relevant, an understanding of your pain and targeted rehabilitation. Due to her passion for living an active lifestyle, she can also provide advice on whole-body movement for health maintenance.
Sarah graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) with distinction.
Her positive and empathic nature has led her into the aged care sector where she works part-time helping older people continue living at home. She provides advise on home packages, managing age-related musculoskeletal conditions, and provides mobility assessments and education.
Sarah has played field hockey for most of her life and she is certified as a sports trainer providing first aid, guidance on recovery and management of various injuries. She is currently the manager of the senior women's premier league side, is a committee member and coach for Greensborough Hockey Club.
When she is lucky enough to enjoy some spare time, Sarah enjoys walking her dog, learning and spending time with her family.
